 Ticket Purchases 

Concert tickets can be purchased online via the link on our website, or by post using the downloadable form found on our website. 
For online purchases we accept all major credit cards, except for American Express. Ticket purchases by post using the downloadable form, must be paid for by cheque.

Ticket Delivery

Etickets are available upon completion of online booking and for an additional cost, tickets purchased online can be sent to a mobile phone or dispatched by standard post.

Anyone who orders tickets by post using the downloadable booking form, must include a stamped addressed envelope with their order, which will be used to post their tickets.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds

We regret that as standard tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Refundable Ticket Protection can be purchased with the all tickets purchased online. This is not available for tickets purchased by post using the downloadable booking form.

Season Tickets

Season tickets can be purchased by either of the ways set out under ‘Ticket Purchases’. Season tickets apply for one concert season only.
Latecomers Policy

Customers are advised that latecomers are admitted at the discretion of the front of house manager.

Children

Free of charge tickets are available for all concerts for children under the age of 16. These tickets should be applied for as set out under ‘Ticket Purchases’.
